1.2 These Terms are regarding the following services:
Accommodations for short-term let including villas, apartments, and hotels.
• General terms that apply to all Travel Experiences including Umrah Packages.
• Accommodation for sale.
• Activities or tour listed on our website.
• E-sims, Car Rental,VIP car transfers, or any apps for food delivery listed on our platform.
1.3 If there is a conflict between general and specific terms, the specific terms take precedence.
1.4 The original version of these Terms is in English. In the event of any dispute or inconsistency between the English Terms and a translated version, the English Terms will govern unless local laws state otherwise. (You can switch the language by pressing the button at the right-hand side bottom corner of this page.)
1.5 If any provision of these Terms is deemed unlawful by an authority, the remaining terms will still be enforceable.
2. About Musafir.uk
2.1 We list accommodation, umrah packages and activity/tour on our platform. We do not own any of the accommodation and do not run the activities or tours ourselves. We make it easy for you to compare accommodations from villas, apartments, and hotels. We also list activities and tours for you to compare and book, and provide third-party links to services as part of our platform.
2.2 When you book accommodation, an Umrah package, or an activity or tour that is available on Musafir.uk, it is responsible for the Platform, not the actual Travel Experience.
2.3 When you book through our Platform, you form a contract with the Service Provider (unless specified otherwise).
2.4 The details on our Platform come directly from Service Providers. While we strive to keep everything updated, there may be a short delay—such as a few hours—before changes to text descriptions or facility listings for Accommodations are reflected.
2.5 Only Service Providers with an agreement with us are listed on our Platform. They may also offer Travel Experiences outside of our Platform.
2.6 We do not own any Accommodations—each Service Provider operates as an independent company that has chosen to collaborate with us under specific terms.
2.7 We do not buy or sell any product or services; we get a small commission for every booking made on our platform generally from the service provider. We do not charge a service charge for our bookings. In the event of refunds we retain a small amount from customer for the cost of processing card transaction fees.
2.8 When booking a third-party car hire service, E-sim, food app, or activity, VIP transfers, or tour listed on our platform, Musafir.uk does not operate these services and is not responsible for their operations. The customer is required to do due diligence.
2.9 We collaborate occasionally with third-party companies that provide local support services such as Customer Support. However, these companies:
• Do not oversee or control our Platform.
• Operate their own Platform.
• Do not have any legal or contractual obligations toward you.
• Do not provide Travel Experiences.
• Do not act as our representatives or enter into contracts on our behalf.
• Do not accept legal documents in our name or serve as our “process or service agents.”
3. Our Platform
3.1 The information on our Platform is supplied by Service Providers. While we strive to ensure accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all details are error-free. However, we take reasonable steps and apply professional diligence when operating our Platform. Unless we fail to do so or act negligently, we are not liable for any inaccuracies, interruptions, or missing information. If an issue arises, we will work to resolve it as soon as we are notified.
3.2 We continually refine our Platform to improve the user experience. As part of this, we may test different layouts, content, or features for different properties.
3.3 The presence of a Service Provider or its offerings on our Platform does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation.
3.4 The contractual agreement for a Travel Experience, tour, or activity is solely between you and the Service Provider. We are not a party to these terms.
3.5 To complete a Booking, you may need to create an Account. It is your responsibility to ensure that all details (including contact and payment information) are accurate and up to date. Failure to do so may result in the inability to access your Travel Experience(s). You are accountable for all activities associated with your Account, so keep your login credentials confidential and do not allow others to use them.
3.6 Unless explicitly stated otherwise, you must be at least 18 years old to use our Platform.
4. Contractual Relationship
4.1 When you place (or request) a Booking, it is directly with the Service Provider—we do not act as a “contractual party.” Musafir.uk owns and manages the platform.
4.2 Our Platform exclusively features accommodation and hotels, Umrah providers, activities and tour operators that have a business relationship with us. It does not necessarily display all available products or services.
4.3 Details regarding Service Providers (e.g., amenities, house rules, sustainability initiatives) and their Travel Experiences and tours (e.g., pricing, availability, and cancellation policies) are based on the information they supply to us.
5. What we do
Accommodation
5.1 We provide the Platform on which Service Providers can promote and sell their short-term Accommodations or hotel accommodation, and you can search for, compare, and book them. Our main accommodations are in Turkey, but as we plan to expand rapidly, this could extend to other locations at any time—and our search results make it easy to home in on the one that’s right for you.
5.2 We also advertise properties for sale, and offer consultation on costs involved and areas of Turkey to buy properties. We are not party to the suitability of these properties and advise customers to do due diligence.
5.3 Once you’ve booked your Accommodation or activity/tour, we confirm the details of your Booking to both you and the Service Provider, including the names of the guest(s).
5.4 Depending on the terms of your Booking, you may be able to change or cancel it if you want. Contact us at info@musafir.uk or the WhatsApp button provided at the bottom left of our webpage for any help.
Activities, Umrah Packages and Tours
5.5 We operate the Platform where Service Providers and, occasionally, Third-Party Distributors can showcase and sell Travel Experiences—allowing you to search, compare, and book them.
5.6 After you book an activity, we’ll share the Booking details with both you and the Service Provider or Third-Party Distributor (as applicable). If they require additional information beyond your name, we’ll inform you at the time of booking.
5.7 We do not sell, resell, or provide any activity or tour ourselves. When you book an activity, Umrah or tour, you enter into a direct contract with either (a) the Service Provider or (b) a Third-Party intermediary, if they are reselling the activity, as specified during the booking process.
5.8 Our role is solely as a Platform, and we are not involved in the terms set by the Service Provider or Third-Party intermediary. We do not manage your ticket and hold no liability for your Booking, except as outlined in these Terms.
5.9 We may provide third-party links for activities, Umrahs,VIP transfers, or tours in the areas listed on our website. We do not organize these activities and are not in charge of them. Our platform simply allows providers to promote their activities and tours, and for you, after due diligence, to book these activities.
5.10 Depending on the terms of your Booking, you may be able to change or cancel it if you want, except for Umrahs. Contact us at musafirev@gmail.uk or the WhatsApp button provided at the bottom left of our webpage for any help.
6. What you need to do
Accommodation
6.1. Fill in all your contact details correctly so we and/or the Service Provider can provide you with information about your Booking and, if necessary, contact you.
6.2. Read these Terms and the terms displayed during the booking process carefully.
6.3. Pay for the service booked as stipulated on the website.
6.4. Take care of the Accommodation and its furniture, fixtures, electronics, and other contents, and leave things in the same state they were in when you got there. If anything is broken, damaged, or lost, make sure you report it to the staff there as soon as you can, before you check out.
6.5. Maintain the security of the Accommodation and its contents during your stay. So, for example, don’t leave doors or windows unlocked.
Activities and Umrahs
6.6. Fill in all your contact details correctly so we and/or the Service Provider can provide you with information about your Booking and, if necessary, contact you.
6.7. Do due diligence before booking activities. Please be aware that all activities carry an element of risk and the health and safety checks in place, while determined by local laws, in some cases may not be as stringent as the standards in your home country.
6.8. Read these Terms and the terms displayed during the booking process carefully.
6.9. Pay for the service booked as stipulated on the website.
6.10. Arrange for travel insurance and make sure your travel insurance covers all the activities you plan to participate in during your trip. Whether it’s adventure sports, water activities, or excursions, check that your policy includes coverage for potential risks related to those activities. Always review the terms and conditions to ensure you’re fully protected.
7. What else do you need to know?
7.1. We will communicate with owners on your behalf to price match.
7.2. We want you to get the best possible price every time. If, after you’ve booked your Accommodation with us, you find the same Accommodation (with the same conditions) for less on another website, we will endeavour to communicate with the owners. If we can’t match the price, you can request a full refund, unless at the time of booking it is stipulated by the owner or hotel that the deposit is non-refundable.
8. Use of Our Website
8.1. Musafir.uk is an online platform where: property owners or hotels can list their properties for short-term rental, and renters can book these properties on a temporary basis under a rental agreement; owners/agents can advertise property for sale, and members can access details of these properties; third-party distributors can sell and showcase their travel experiences and activities or tours.
8.2. By registering or making a booking, you agree to the collection and use of your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and confirm you have the authority to provide consent on behalf of all members of your party. Data will be handled in line with our Cookies and Privacy Policy, which can be found on the website.
8.3. You are responsible for ensuring that all the information you provide on our website, including names, contact details, and payment information, is accurate, complete, and not misleading.
8.4. You must keep your login credentials and account details (where applicable) confidential and not share them with anyone.
8.5. Any reviews or comments you leave on the website should be truthful, accurate, and not misleading or offensive.
8.6. Although we strive to ensure the website operates smoothly, we cannot guarantee its availability or performance. You agree that we are not responsible for any loss or damage if the website is unavailable, malfunctions, or does not perform as expected.
8.7. The owner and service provider decide the prices of accommodation and activities, however, if these are less favourable to our customers than other similar platforms, Musafir Homes will endeavour to negotiate similar terms.
8.8. You agree to use our website only for its intended purpose: to access short-term holiday lettings for rent; to access activities advertised by third parties; to view properties for sale; for consultations on properties in Turkey, residency, and citizenship; and to use other services offered on the site occasionally. You must not engage in activities that could harm the website’s operation or infringe on our rights or those of other users.
8.9. If owners or hotel management discount an accommodation after it has been booked in advance, at the renter’s request, we will ask for a price match. In the failure of a match, the renter can cancel the booking.
9. Parties Involved in Renting a Property
9.1. Carefully review these Terms as well as the conditions displayed during the booking process.
9.2. By renting a property through our website, you agree to pay the deposit stipulated before getting contact details of the owners or hotel managers (unless contact details are displayed by the accommodation).
9.3. By renting a property through our website, after the initial deposit, you enter into a contract with the property owner or hotel management. While we provide the platform for listing properties, we are not a party to these contracts and do not guarantee their suitability. It is your responsibility to ensure that the booking terms meet your needs.
9.4. We advise you to carefully review the terms of the booking agreement before paying the deposit. You can contact us with any questions to ask the owners that are not already displayed by the property before finalizing your booking.
9.5. Our platform allows owners to post descriptions and images of their properties, along with details of any additional services offered. While we may guide owners on how to present their properties and may visit properties for verification, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of these descriptions or photographs. However, renters can leave feedback about properties through our review section, which is forwarded to owners to address any issues. Reviews can only be posted after the booking has been completed by emailing us at booking@musafir.uk.
9.6. If a renter directly contacts the owner and bypasses us, by initially booking with us but cancelling the booking on obtaining owner details, we hold no responsibility for any issues arising from neglecting our procedure.
9.7. You must treat the accommodation and its furnishings, fixtures, electronics, and other items with care and leave everything in the same condition as when you arrived. If any item is lost, damaged, or broken, report it to staff as soon as possible before checking out.
9.8. You must maintain the security of the accommodation and its belongings during your stay; for example, do not leave doors or windows open or the cooker on.
9.9. It is up to the renter to arrange travel insurance before commencing their trip, and we cannot be held liable for any accidents or unusual circumstances arising from the usage of any short-term holiday let or activities listed on our platform.
9.10. If the renter accepts an alternative property after communication with the owner, it is the renter’s responsibility to ensure that it suits their needs, and we are not party to these arrangements or any issues arising from them.
10. Parties Involved in Booking Activities, Umrahs or Tours
10.1. Carefully review these Terms as well as the conditions displayed during the booking process.
10.2. Personal Responsibility for Safety
By booking an activity, Umrah, VIP transfer or tour through Musafir Homes or any of the third-party providers listed on our website, the person booking the activity (hereinafter referred to as “the Customer”) acknowledges that they are responsible for their own safety and well-being throughout the duration of the booked activity. The Customer agrees to act responsibly and exercise due diligence in following all safety guidelines, rules, and instructions provided by the activity or tour provider.
10.3. Health and Safety Risks
The Customer acknowledges that certain activities and tours may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to physical exertion, outdoor conditions, or interaction with third parties. It is the Customer’s responsibility to assess their own physical and mental health capabilities before participating in any activity. Musafir Homes encourages Customers to consult with a healthcare professional if there are any concerns about their ability to safely participate in the booked activity.
10.4. Insurance
It is strongly advised that the Customer obtains appropriate travel, health, and accident insurance prior to booking any activity or tour. Musafir Homes is not liable for any costs, injuries, losses, or damages that may arise from participation in any activity or tour booked through our website or any third-party providers.
10.5. Third-Party Providers
Musafir Homes is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or losses that occur as a result of activities provided by third-party providers featured on our website. The Customer acknowledges that Musafir Homes acts solely as a facilitator for the booking of these activities and that any liability for incidents arising during such activities rests with the third-party provider.
10.6. Due Diligence
The Customer agrees to carry out due diligence in selecting appropriate activities and ensuring that their participation is suitable for their health and safety needs. Musafir Homes cannot be held liable for any failure on the Customer’s part to take necessary precautions or ensure that the activities meet their specific requirements.
11.Owner’s / Hotel’s Responsibilities
11.1 Property Provider’s Responsibilities
The property owner or hotel is responsible for:
• Complying with the booking contract terms.
• Ensuring the accuracy of the property descriptions and images provided on our website.
• Providing an alternative accommodation or equivalent property if the booked property is unavailable, at the renter’s request.
• Supplying the services specified in the booking agreement.
11.2 Owner/Hotel Management Determinations
The owner or hotel management determines:
• The price of accommodation.
• Property availability.
• Whether the property can be booked instantly or requires owner confirmation.
• Availability of alternative accommodations in the area and their costs.
• Occupancy terms during the stay.
• Additional services, such as cleaning, welcome packages, or other amenities.
• Additional add-ons such as hotel transfer and extra services offered on-site.
12.Pricing
12.1 Price Determination
The accommodation price and the activity or tour prices, and any related service fees, are determined by the provider. The prices shown on our Platform are determined by the Service Providers. In some cases, we may personally cover the cost of rewards or other benefits.
12.2 Payment Obligations
When you make a Booking, you agree to pay for the Travel Experience, along with any applicable charges and taxes (e.g., for additional services). Taxes and fees may vary depending on factors such as: the accommodation and the Service Provider’s location, the type of room selected, and the number of guests; for activities, the type of activity selected, and the number of people sharing. The price details indicate whether taxes and charges are included or excluded, and you’ll find more information about the final cost during the booking process.
12.3 Updated Prices
Service providers may update prices before or after the booking, but customers should verify the current price before confirming their booking. If prices change after booking, customers will have the right to cancel according to the terms of the booking contract.
12.4 Additional Charges
Additional charges may apply for services agreed upon during booking, such as cleaning, airport transfers, or extra amenities.
12.5 Liability for Property Damages
Renters of accommodation may be liable for damages to the property or additional services during the stay. Owners and hotels may request a refundable deposit to cover potential damages.
12.6 Third-Party Charges
In the event of a booking cancellation, customers may still be responsible for any third-party charges (including those for our services) as outlined in the contract.
Payments
13.1 Booking Confirmation and Payment Responsibility
Bookings can only be made by logged-in members, and the property owner or hotel management, activity, or tour operator, must confirm availability. Initial booking does not guarantee property availability and will show as ‘pending.’ Property confirmation email confirms availability.
13.2 Payment for Bookings
Renters and those booking activities or tours are responsible for paying all amounts due under the booking contract. If the renter or person booking an activity/tour represents a group, they are responsible for ensuring full payment from the group, and no one other than the primary renter or person booking will be dealt with. While we manage the deposit, the remainder is paid directly to the owner as per the contract terms.
13.3 Deposit Handling
For owners using our payment system, we act as the owner’s agent to collect the deposit and hold it until the booking is completed. Any refundable breakage deposit held by the owner or hotel management will be returned to you after the booking period ends.
13.4 No Interest on Amounts Received
We do not pay interest on any amounts received.
13.5 Payment for Additional Services
If you agree to additional services (e.g., cleaning, laundry) and the owner or hotel management facilitates these, payments for these services should be made directly to the owner or hotel management or to their authorized representative. Always obtain receipts for such payments.

Our website lists the payment service providers whose cards and systems we accept.
Booking Confirmation
When you make a booking, you become responsible for paying all amounts due under the booking contract, and the provider is responsible for ensuring the property is made available as per the contract terms.
Cancellation and Modifications
16.1 Booking Cancellation and Refunds
The booking contract may allow either party to cancel, the conditions will be stipulated on our website. If the provider needs to modify the terms of the contract, the details will be outlined in the booking agreement.
16.2 Customer Cancellations
If you cancel, the contract will specify whether you are entitled to a refund, and whether third-party costs (including ours) are non-refundable.
16.3 Provider Cancellations
If the provider cancels or if you disagree with major avoidable changes and decide to cancel, you will be entitled to a full refund.
17.Our Liability
17.1 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from the use of our website, unless proven to be caused by our negligence.
17.2 Exclusion of Liability
Any claims against us will be limited to our responsibilities and will not extend to our officers, directors, employees, or agents.

We are not liable for any breach of the booking contract or any third-party services provided.
17.6 Payment Processing Issues
We are not liable for payment processing issues or failures by payment providers.
17.7 Force Majeure Events
We are not responsible for loss or damage caused by events outside our control, such as flight cancellations, natural disasters, strikes, or pandemics.
18.Intellectual Property
18.1 Ownership of Content
All content on our website is protected by copyright and is owned by Musafir Homes, except where third-party rights or licenses apply.
18.2 License for User-Generated Content
By posting content on our website, you grant us a royalty-free, worldwide license to use that content and confirm that it does not infringe on others’ intellectual property rights.
18.3 Restrictions on Use
Visitors may not copy content from our website except for downloading or printing documents related to their account or booking.

We reserve the right to change the functionality of our website and are not liable for any interruptions or failures. Access to our website may be limited occasionally due to maintenance or other factors, and we are not liable for any resulting issues. Our website is provided “as is,” and we make no guarantees regarding its performance or availability.

24.Defined Terms
In these terms, the following definitions apply:
Booking: Refers to a Booking Contract.
Booking Contract: A contract between the Owner and a Renter for a temporary stay in the Owner’s Property, based on the Booking Conditions displayed on the Website.
Musafir Homes: Refers to a private limited company incorporated in England and Wales, with the registered office located at 93-101 Greenfield Road, Unit 108a, First Floor, East London Business Centre, London E1 1EJ, UK.
Non-Refundable Breakage Waiver: The policy, which is summarized here, provided by Musafir Homes, is an alternative to the Refundable Breakage Deposit. It offers protection (subject to financial limits) for breakages or damage caused during a stay.
Owner: The individual who holds an account with us, owns or co-owns the Property, or acts as the authorized agent of the owner(s) of the Property. The Owner must have the consent of all owners to market and rent the Property as temporary accommodation in line with the Booking Contract.
Property: Refers to the accommodation available for temporary occupation by a Renter through our Website, including but not limited to hotels, apartments, houses, villas, and other forms of lodging, as outlined in the Booking Contract.
Activity or Tour: Refers to the activity or tour available on our Website, including but not limited to service providers and third party distributors.
Service provider: A supplier that directly delivers the service to customers. These providers create and operate the experiences or lodging, which may then be sold directly or through third-party distributors.
Renter: An individual who books a Property through our Website.
Renter’s Party: The individuals listed in the Booking Contract who are permitted to occupy the Property temporarily (this may include additional or substitute persons agreed with the Owner).
Third party distributor: An independent company or platform that promotes, sells, and distributes the company’s tours, activities, or experiences to customers.
Stay: The duration stated in the Booking Contract during which the Renter and/or their Party may occupy the Property.
Us, We, Our: Refers to Musafir Homes.
