How to List Your Property: A Simple Guide

Please read this in conjunction with our general terms, privacy and cookie policy, and the agreement emailed to you once you are ready to upload your property.

  • Press the ‘Submit Property’ button at the top right-hand corner of our home page.
  • Read the general terms and request the agreement that must be signed before you upload your property details.
  • If you have any questions, contact us by email at musafirev@gmail.uk or by pressing the ‘WhatsApp’ button displayed at the left-hand corner at the bottom of the home page.
  • You can translate the page using the translate app displayed at the right side of the home page at the bottom.
  • Once you have signed the agreement, you can start uploading your property.
  • Ensure to provide clear and honest details, including all facilities and activities nearby.
  • For prices, please add the commission stipulated in the booking agreement to the actual price. Ensure the price is exactly the same as listed on other platforms.
  • Once submitted, we will review the application and process it for display on our website if it meets our conditions. We do not usually reject a property unless it does not follow our ethics and standards.
  • Once uploaded to our platform, you will receive emails when guests book, and you are ex-pected to confirm these bookings as soon as possible.
  • Once confirmed, a small deposit will be taken.
  • Guests can cancel up to the point stipulated on your terms. We expect flexibility and similar cancellation terms to other providers, and our recommended time for free cancellation is 12 midnight of the day before the booking (local time). This flexibility ensures a higher chance of booking for our providers and offers guests more options.
  • By taking a small deposit, we ensure only serious guests book our services, providing some added protection for our providers.
  • After submitting your property, you will be notified when your listing is live on our platform. You will also receive real-time updates and alerts regarding bookings and cancellations.
  • Provider Communication: You are expected to maintain open and prompt communication with guests regarding booking details, inquiries, and any necessary arrangements before the stay.
  • Payment Handling: Payments are securely processed, with the guest paying a small deposit at the time of booking and the remaining balance paid directly to you upon their arrival.
