Terms and Conditions (Please Read Carefully)

1. Prices are based on two sisters sharing a double bedroom and securing 6 people per villa. Some sisters have paid extra to  have a room to themselves(Please note: one or two of our female helpers may need to use the living room area outside of the bedrooms- this is to ensure our wonderful retreat runs smoothly and this will be communicated in  advance) 

2. Upon paying your deposit, please do not book your flight until you get the go-ahead from us. We can only guarantee a place when the full amount has been paid at which point we can confirm whether you should go ahead and book the flight.

4. Prices are based on 6 people sharing a villa and  2 of our villas are now full so we are delighted to announce this retreat is going ahead, and there is a few spaces left in our third villa.

5. Sisters booking in smaller groups (e.g., 1,3 etc) will be sharing a room with another sister, unless you have requested and paid for your own room.

6. In the unlikely event that our providers increase their rates (as current quotes were secured now which is four months from retreat dates), we may need to adjust the itinerary slightly by  modifying one of the listed activities to absorb the cost. However, we will communicate this change in advance and we think it is very unlikely.

7. Breakfast and Dinner are Included for 5 days. Please note drinks, and desserts for dinner are extra, however water is included.

9. For the day of arrival sisters will have to arrange their own dinner-check in is after 3pm. This is due to different arrival times making it unfeasible to provide a meal. We will make recommendations on takeaways and places to eat and you will have support from our team regarding arrangements.

11. We leave it to sisters’ personal choice on whether they want to take out insurance, and in all activities we ask you to do your own due diligence and take care to keep yourself and others around you safe.
