Activity Disclaimer
While we strive to ensure all activities are safe, guests are responsible for deciding whether they are suitable for their health and abilities. Please refrain from participating in any activity that may cause discomfort or health issues.
Important notes
Deposit and Payment Schedule
Our payment plan is straightforward and flexible, with ample time for guests to pay comfortably. A £100 deposit secures your place: this is non- refundable and non-transferrable. The remaining balance is due by the 2Oth September 2026 (8 weeks before the retreat). If the retreat is cancelled with one month left ( by the 15th November 2026)- 50% refund will be issued minus the card processing fee. Guests who cancel within one month ( after the 15th November 2026) will not receive a refund and will forfeit all sums paid. However, the balance will remain with us and may be transferred to another person, subject to their suitability and payment of any shortfall.Late Bookings
Bookings made within eight weeks of the retreat require full payment by 4th October 2026( 6 weeks before retreat).Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking. This provides peace of mind and protection against unforeseen cancellations, delays, or health-related disruptions. Musafir Homes cannot take responsibility for these risks, regardless of whether insurance is purchased or not.
